FTA and Short Notice Cancellation Policy Statement

Our Commitment to You

We aim to provide high-quality dental care in a timely manner. Missed appointments waste valuable time and prevent other patients from receiving treatment.

Our Policy

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. If you fail to attend without notice or with less than 24 hours, this will be recorded as a “Failure to Attend” (FTA). Repeated FTAs will result in:

A fee determined by the appointment length and treatment type, per missed appointment

Restrictions on booking future appointments

Exceptions are made for genuine emergencies, at your clinician’s discretion.
